The expertise behind
a resolved claim.
Explore the potential in your business’s review methods, training and resolution processes.
The work you know.
A new source of value.
Business-owned claims procedures and training frameworks may support a data partnership. A buyer’s requirements and your right to license the material determine the fit.
How it worksThe knowledge
behind the work.
A few examples to explore.
Claims workflows
Owned intake, assessment and handover methods explaining how a case progresses.
Review & escalation
Internal evidence-review and escalation frameworks for involving specialist support.
Training knowledge
Business-owned training scenarios and manuals explaining the reasoning behind a decision.
Describe the workflow before sharing the file.
Claims can contain policyholder, health, financial and other confidential information. Do not submit claim files with an enquiry. Any proposed collection needs a review of permissions, contractual restrictions, confidentiality and data protection before it is shared.
Your questions.
Answered.
Do you need live claims data?
No claim files are required to start. Describe the processes, training material and types of records available, without including policyholder information.
Can independent adjusters participate?
Potentially, for material they own or are authorised to license. Insurer and client contracts may restrict the use of records from an assignment.
Are internal claims manuals relevant?
They can be a starting point if your business owns them and has permission for the proposed use. Their commercial fit depends on the particular content and a buyer requirement.
Can we restrict how a buyer uses the material?
Restrictions need to be defined in the licence, including permitted uses, users and any access limits. The initial enquiry is not an agreement to share data.
