No. The enquiry collects a description of your organisation and the records you may hold. It does not request patient information or file uploads.
Can a clinic explore a partnership without sharing clinical data?
Yes. You can describe administrative processes, staff training and organisation-owned operating procedures. Whether a commercial opportunity exists depends on the particular material and a buyer requirement.
Does removing patient names make the data anonymous?
Not necessarily. Other information may still identify a person. Effective anonymisation requires an assessment of identification risk; pseudonymisation is a different process.
