More value from
the work you build on.
Explore the potential in your firm’s estimating methods, project workflows and delivery lessons.
The work you know.
A new source of value.
Firm-owned estimating, quality and delivery knowledge could support a data partnership. Project agreements, intellectual-property rights and buyer requirements determine what can be offered.
How it worksThe knowledge
behind the work.
A few examples to explore.
Estimating methods
Owned quantity-review methods, estimating templates and bid-review processes.
Delivery workflows
Internal handovers, quality checks and site-reporting methods connecting plans with delivery.
Lessons from projects
Authorised retrospectives and issue logs explaining how a project problem was resolved.
Project access does not settle ownership.
Client drawings, BIM models, third-party specifications, site details and confidential bid prices may carry restrictions. Start with firm-owned methods and a description of the records; review project and subcontract terms before sharing examples.
Your questions.
Answered.
Can we license drawings from completed projects?
That requires a review of ownership, the client agreement and any third-party rights. Finishing a project does not automatically grant a right to relicense its drawings.
Are site reports and estimating spreadsheets relevant?
They may be, especially where they explain a workflow or a decision. The content, permissions and buyer fit need to be assessed before any commercial proposal.
Do you need files from our project-management system?
No. An initial enquiry only needs a description of your business and record types. Any later sample or export would have an agreed scope.
Could a smaller specialist contractor participate?
Potentially. Specialist task knowledge may be relevant, but neither company size nor years in business guarantees an offer.
